myTouch Slide / Unrooting Mytouch Slide

Ok, I am a semi-noob with this stuff. I rooted my G1 (RIP) and that is my only level of rooting. I do not know how to unroot. My gf just got a slide off of craigslist and its rooted. She cares less for it and wants the stock verison of the phone. I have tried xda forums but their lanuage is way to technical for me. I need a noobish step by step guide on what I need and how to unroot the slide. Please, I need help. Thanks.
