Customer Service / Rally to change ETF policy!

I think Tmobile's ETF policy is crap. Compared to the other 3. Both ATT & VZW's fees drop every month by $5.00, given it starts at $350 if you have smartphones and Sprints by $10 every month after 6 month of service. Tmobile's doesnt drop until you have 6 months left.

Even if you like tmobile don't you think thats not fair? when i signed up i thought "whatever they're CS is great" but it actually isn't i hardly get reception in my house anymore, it's hard for me to get reception at my friends house, and i feel i'm paying way to much for the quality of service i'm getting. i should be getting vzw like service for my bills. why i'm so upset is because the sevice wasnt bad in the 1st 30 days after that it seems tmo has just dropped the ball in quality.

Does anyone else feel they should revamp their ETF? Maybe drop it $50 for every 6 months of service you complete and not start when there is only 6 months left!

i feel the reason the etf is the way it is, is because they know they have a hard time having people stick around. i want out! i want out because i was lied too, because i was scammed, because the quality is horrible, because it's WAY over priced!

WHO FEELS THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEY'RE ETF POLICY!
