Customer Service / Customer Service Rocks Again

Been having problems with my Slide and the screen going crazy after I would close my keyboard, and had read on XDA that this may be a sign of the cable between the screen and phone breaking.  So I called customer service, on hold for 30 seconds if that, talk to the first guy and he sends me to MyTouch tech support, he tries a factory reset and that doesnt do it and now bam new phone in the mail and on the way to me and Ihad my choice of another Slide or a Vibrant.  So i took the Vibrant figuring i would go in another direction.  I love the customer service here and is really one thing that would stop me from leaving.  Just figured i would let another good story out for others to hear.

Having trouble switiching from mobile to regular view on the new mobile site with a Slide.  Anyone else having any trouble with the site.  I load the site and go to the bottom and hit the "switch to regular view" button and all it does is refresh the site, makes it hard to get tot the forums.

myTouch Slide / Double Twist Not Seeing Device

Wondering if anybody is using Doulbetwist and have you gotten it to work with the Slide?  Went through the T-Mo and Doubletwist forums and couldn't find a correct answer to the problem, which is when you plug in the phone the Doubletwist software doesn't see it.  Thanks in advance

Looking at the phones listed for sale on T-mobile website and noticed all the Pearl line phones gone.  Does this mean they will be launching the Pearl 3G soon?

Motorola Discussion / Cliq Battery Life

My wife is interested in the Cliq and I had read that battery life is terrible on it.  Was wondering if that has changed at all and how good or bad is battery life.  Also any  comments on the phone itself good or bad would be appreciated.

Anybody else having data problems?  I was having them yesterday and they have continued today.  Will work on Wi-Fi but not on EDGE.

Bold 9700 / Typing on 9700

I currently have the 8320 and was playing with a 9700 the other day in the mall.  I like the overall form factor but it has definately gotten smaller than the 8320.  My question is how is typing on the 9700?  Are you making a ton of mistakes or is it easier to get used to the smaller form factor than I think?  Thanks in advance.

Currently have the 8320 almost up for an upgrade was looking at the 8520 and I know the 9700 is coming but that may be more phone than I need since I'm not a power user.  Anybody have it and let me know what you think.  Thanks
