Been having problems with my Slide and the screen going crazy after I would close my keyboard, and had read on XDA that this may be a sign of the cable between the screen and phone breaking. So I called customer service, on hold for 30 seconds if that, talk to the first guy and he sends me to MyTouch tech support, he tries a factory reset and that doesnt do it and now bam new phone in the mail and on the way to me and Ihad my choice of another Slide or a Vibrant. So i took the Vibrant figuring i would go in another direction. I love the customer service here and is really one thing that would stop me from leaving. Just figured i would let another good story out for others to hear.
