My dad called yesterday in the early afternoon and he has a regular account. He got right through to the Philippines very quickly. Not sure how you do not get them. Retention's is not the Philippines, for now, anyhow.

yes it was always bad, but they never out sourced before this year. Comcast is easier to get through but their customer service is the worst ever.  Clueless and careless, the good news they will come out to your house quick even thu the problem was in their offices. ATT takes 5 days to show up.

Seriously Watch the new beavis and butthead on tech support from this Thursday its classic.

I'm not flagged, I never call, never yell at anyone. I have called maybe a few times in the last 12 months for new phones and plans. I have a family plan. And like I said I needed the retentions department. That's how you get them. I never had an issue with hold times. My complaint is they changed their great automated system, no one else did, tmobile did. Since they changed it, it sucks. If they changed it again than great but it was horrible.

Im not the OP I just agree their customer service has gone bad. Automated systems are killing this country and the economy, all companies not just tmobile.

I wouldn't call any company for tech support. All they do is look at a Watch at a manual on a computer screen, they are unqualified. Watch the new beavis and butthead on tech support from this Thursday its hilarious

People who say ax instead of ask, Heighth instead of height. People who cant speak very well do not belong on a telephone in customer service. Heavy Philippians accents don't help either. That's my ghetto reference and could care less what the person looks like if you cant speak you shouldn't be in that position. and again that falls on the company not the person.

lol, woot, my few calls a year have destroyed T Mobiles hold times. I feel powerful. If I can only crack comcast now.

But seriously don't look for others to blame. It all lies in the horrible AT&T type automated system doesn't it? Every company uses it. That machine doesn't understand anything. I have no issue holding, I just want to speak to a person not a machine. And T mobiles new system makes that really hard, its what they want it to do. They changed it, used to be good.

T moblile can fix their own problems. Remember the word switchboard operator? What a concept that would be for the younger generation, a person answering a phone. And the bottom line is, the few times a year I call I want the retention's department anyhow. And that's how u get them instead of speaking to a non american or a ghetto language specialist that I have to give my cell number too and last 4 of my social to try if your lucky and get transferred. Than give the same info again. I guess its my fault Tmoble has call centers in the Phillipines also. The stats do not lie they are dropping fast in customer service and their rankings have proved that. No ones fault but their own. And not having an Iphone doesn't help either.

its so easy, when you call, say cancel service and you will get a non ghetto speaking person. That also puts you right through to the retention's department. they think you are leaving and they are nice.

I agree. Why cant they come out with a decent phone with a decent camera that has a slide out keyboard. Everyone doesn't want the web on their phone.

seriously Tmobile gets worse every day. I am on the phone all morning to find out how much it will cost me to cancel them. They are horrible now. No deferred payments on new phones now, pay in full is the only option.

Has anyone ever had a Samsung phone that didn't break after a while, or any Samsung product that didn't break. I have 3 DLP's in my house, 2 were replaced by Samsung and the third just crapped out. Seems Samsung makes really cheap products that do not last. I also had 3 Samsung phones in the past that all broke

Call 1-800-937-8997 from a landline and just keep hitting 0 when it asks for your phone number and which department you want.  This is the quickest way possible to get to a care rep, although if you have a Flexpay or prepaid account, they cannot help you.
This doesn't come close to working anymore, its a joke they just changed the system

wow just called tmobile, they have a new system, it gives you all your info that you didn't call for, than you get a message they are hanging up on you. You have to listen to all this info and cant dial 00 to bypass it anymore. Asks a ton of questions than you get the Philippines Wow ATT would be proud of this it makes ATT phone prompts the best ever. I would leave tmobile right now if I didn't just re sign.
