Not at the moment.  I have it connected via Wi-fi.  That must be what the problem is.

Thanks for your help.  When I go to the link on my phone, it takes me to what seems to be the main App World page that I've seen before.  When I scroll down and click Download, I get the same message as before.

"Sorry your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support BlackBerry App World."

Bold 9700 / BlackBerry App World on Bold 9700

I have been trying for the past 2 days to get my phone to download App World. For some reason it's telling me I have an unsupported device. I've tried removing the battery and restarting the phone but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea why I can't install App World?
v5.0.0.330 (Platform 5.1.0.91)
